His early career training included twelve high-profile establishments such as the St. Francis and Fairmont Hotels in San Francisco. He also was the owner/chef of Olivio’s in Belmont and Barbarossa in Menlo Park, CA.
He is known as a culinary innovator for preparing superior and creative dishes. He is dedicated to flawless execution and exceptional service. He now is the Senior Executive Chef at Porterhouse and Spiedo, San Mateo, CA.
